Not the traditional christmas card though loved the red on blue
Today i am sharing a card i made for the colorconceptions challenge #6 - Stamping technique
In this card i have used Plain kissing technique (or smooch or naked kissing there are many terms)
Basically you just kiss 2 stamps before stamping onto the paper
Have a closer look at the stamping
Here are the stamps and inks i used. For this technique pigment, chalk inks are best. i have used green dye ink as i dont have green shade pigment ink (you can see the kissing effect with dye ink is not clear)
I inked the flower stamp with versa color grape ink and first stamped on the hero arts happy definition stamp and than on the paper.
I have 2 cards to share.
Here is the first one done some fussy cutting. Used Hero arts neon inks, pti and crafts meow stamps, pearls, kaisercraft ribbon, bakers twine and kraft cardstock.
Here is another card i made sometime back, here i have used lindy's spray
Bought these mdf's a while ago and bring it to use now
Papers are from Mesmerizing India collection designed by Divya Thallap
The papers are really beautiful.. loved it coz all are of Indian theme
First i made a tray. Have used 2 sheets of paper since the tray is bigger in size. The papers come in 12*12 size while aligning got a few bubble. But at the end was able to clear the bubbles and loved the end product. Used generous coats of mod podge for protection. The tray looks much better in real than the pic here
I also tried making this Napkin holder
and Pen stand. This paper is from Brilliant Blues collection
Here is the facebook link to see more collection of papers

This card is a Thank you card for CraftersCorners Challenge - Thank you so much
And I would like to thank all the Indian online craft shops you guys have made shopping for craft supplies so easy
I generally dont shop much for craft supplies but happy with the supplies i have bought and prompt service of Crafters Corner I am one happy customer of your store :)
Here is my thank you card
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend
I made this creation for Color Conceptions Challenge - Trash to treasure using washi tapes
Uses of washi tapes are endless. I have used washi tape to cover up an old chocolate box
Covering with pattern paper or any other paper would not allow the box to close so washi tape is a good option and i have used fabric one as the other ones i have are a bit transparent.
Here are closeup's of the box
We can use this box to store craft supplies or cards etc..
I have kept the cover of the box quite simple bcoz i will be using it to store my craft supplies and do not want to added delicate embellishments and spoil it
Also linking this project to Lessology - packaging central (Thanks Sindhu for reminding me about the challenge)
I am busy these days so not getting time to post here but managed to play long with Beyond grey challenge-The sky is the limit

Holi is also called the Spring Festival - as it marks the arrival of spring the season of hope and joy. The gloom of the winter goes as Holi promises of bright summer days. Nature too, it seems rejoices at the arrival of Holi and wears its best clothes. Fields get filled with crops promising a good harvest to the farmers and flowers bloom colouring the surroundings and filling fragrance in the air. I made two cards for this blog hop and Holi
